What to expect
Sessions take place in the comfort of your own home, allowing you to fully relax without worrying about driving afterward. I’ll bring everything needed for your appointment, including the table, linens, and any therapeutic tools used during your customized session.
Techniques may include myofascial release, stretches, deep tissue, orthopedic, prenatal, neuromuscular therapy, cupping, hot stones, hot/cold towel therapy, or CBD treatment.
